The good news is that I rented this one first and that I only wasted $8 on this game. This is a poor effort by EA. The graphics are not terrible, but they are definitely not going to blow you away. Very little detail was given to the players and field compared to other systems. From what I have seen of Madden 08, they could have put more effort into the graphics. Gameplay is also lacking. You do not feel like you have the control you should when excuting the option. I tried doing a fake pitch several times with nothing happening. I also found that I was unable to excute jukes and stiff arms. On the plus side, the passing game seemed easy to execute using the WIi Remote even though all you do is flick the remote and push the directional pad to perform a pass. As far as sound goes, there is a lot of recycled commentary from past NCAA games. I personally enjoy the old XBOX 2007 version over the Wii version. Way to go EA, another lack luster effort and total disappointment. Bring back Sega into the mix!
