"EA Keepin it simple for the best"
NCAA Football 07 is here and is still the same from the others. The game has many changes, but is still the old NCAA we know and love.

Gameplay: The same from previous titles, but some very good additions. They added some things from madden to the game also.

On offense, you now have to use trick plays at certain points, to take the momentum of the game to your favor. They also added slide protection to offense, too. The celebrations are still in, but are used too much when you don't want it which causes a penalty every game.

On Defense, the new jump the snap feature is great because you are rated on your snap reflexes which can be very strategic for both sides of the ball. They added new defensive audibles to the game to make it even more deeper.

Special teams get a real big boost in this game. The new kicking system is easy to use and helps you be more accurate as you don't need to be that fast on it. Third person camera view is now added to make kick or punt returns more easily. It also gives you the ability to see the inside look of an field goal block and punt block.

Dynasty mode has new features also. You can run practice drills *cough* *madden* to help better your team's rating. Also the ability to make players impact players before season start is fun, too. There is a spring ball game to also help your other players get better, too.

Race for the Heisman is now Campus Legend. You run drills for scouts, pick your school, pick your major, practice, and socialize to become an campus legend. Nothing new here except you have to take tests on whichever subject you need.

Visual/Graphics: The game looks the same with a little more flavor to make it look a little better. I like it better than madden, as it seems it has more brightness and life to it. It depends on your taste. The camera angles for slow downs make you love the new and old animations even more which can make games memorable on here. The one hand catches, new jukes, and new tackles just make the game more fun.

Sound: Nothing special, just the same as the others with a few new speeches from the commentators that are soon gonna get repetitive.

Controls: All I have to say, its very easy to control this game.

Difficulty: Adjustable

Conclusion: EA kept it simple just for the best and the new features sometimes make you forget how the game is almost the same as the others. All NCAA fans will love this and even new ones who never played NCAA will enjoy this. The only problem I had was the celebration problem and that it maybe trying to emulate madden too much which will make madden players just stick to madden. Other than that, this game get 9 one hand catches out of ten.
