Solid game- great representation of college basketball from preseason all the way to the March Madness
The gameplay takes some getting used to. it's a little tough to run a very fast paced offense because the defenders are very good at blocking passing lanes and such, but that's not a big deal. Most games are intense defensive struggles and most of my games have been focused in the paint.
The dynasty mode is great too. Recruiting isn't as much of a season-long chore as it is in other games, so you can focus more on your teams performance. Up-to-date RPI rankings and award standings and bubble watch help you see where your team stands at any point in the season.
Where this game really excels is presentation- the announcing and overlays are spot on to their real life counterparts. CBS and ESPN shows are an awesome touch- weekday games on ESPN, CBS gets the weekends and March Madness. I particularly like ESPN's games because player and team stat overlays are constant- seems like every stop in action you see Star Watch, or Foul Trouble overlays and it really immerses you.
Overall, I enjoy the game. It takes some time to get used to, but once you adjust, you can really become "SENSATIONAL!!"
