I found a trick

Just want to share this trick to get high teammate scores, since it is the most influential scores for myplayer development. Turn on play running indicator to tell you where to go/stand on offense. Only ask for ball when you get to that spot. Or better, just try to get to your spot as soon as the indicate is on/change and wait for the ball to pass it to you. The system AI seems to weight this A LOT more than anything else you do. If you do this, play full 12 minutes quarters, you can pretty much get an A+ score. Make sure you don't ask for balls at all unless it is passed to you, guard your player as close as possible, stand in front of his passing lane. You might not get 30 points a game, but teammate score is much more important. I can do this consistently for at least 10 games to get at least A for teammate scores if not A+. Plus, the AI will reward you for comeback wins if you follow the indicators exactly every time.

Also, I noticed a trend for myplayer mode. The best starting player on your team will get "accidentally" injured the first couple of games you get drafted. So you have a better chance of getting inserted into the starting line up. He will return once you are already in the starting lineup to make your winning percentage a little higher. Just a fun fact.
