This is the only sports title you can play full regulation quarters and get close to realistic results (stats, score, ect). How long the game takes will be the last thing on your mind, because the game play is so good. I believe that there should be a simulation mode in every sports game. Not much tweaking is needed to stock difficulties. The game is very challenging on All Star difficulty, simulation mode. Graphics are A1. Legend teams are spot on. So much fun to play those historic match-ups. Player models are superb. Controls are innovative. You have to put in some time to learn all the moves. Can't fall asleep on defense. Can't force it on offense. Can play a season versus the AI and it feels like the NBA. Best hoop game ever, most realistic sports game for the 360. If you love the NBA and enjoy video games. Buy it.

This game obviously deserves a GameSpot score of 10.0. I am shocked that NBA 2K11 didn't receive a GameSpot score of 9.5, never mind this years version of NBA 2K12. NBA 2K11 got a score of 8.0 from GameSpot. Really?! LOL... Read Full Review
