This game is so horrible this year, dont waste your time and money buying it because it has no ONLINE PLAYABILITY what so ever, 2K sports has lied to all of its fans at least for this PC version of the game. Since its release in October 2009 there has been no way to play anybody at all online. They screwed up by releasing this game way to early, and never beta tested the ONLINE SERVERS. They simply DO NOT WORK. 2K10 sports has no intention of fixing the problem either, so if i were you, i would think twice about wasting your money on this horrible title this year for the PC. Its just not worth anything, Gameplay is horrible, and there is no OPTION to play online, it just doesnt exist. We need new companies to come out, to make another version of basketball, because 2k sports obviously cannot handle the demand for its fans. I GIVE THIS NBA 2K10 PC VERSION an - F for FLUNK..

DO NOT BUY THIS GAME or you will be sorry!

I have been playing the series since 2001, baxck when it first came out on Dreamcast, and beleive me, its not worth it, even for 20 dollars, your better off playing HOCKEY or SOCCER..

APRIL 2010 **UPDATE***

Its been about 3 weeks since the PC game patch was released to fix issues within NBA 2K10. However, Online play is still Horrible at best. There is one major Glitch that has plagued this game from the beginning, and that is the "Under The Basket Disconnect Glitch" that keeps happening when you play a person online through 2K's servers. This usually happens after the first or second quarter, but can actually happen anytime in the game. When either side player goes to score under the basket the game just cuts out and "CRASHES" to the main screen. It used to crash to the desktop before the patch. 2K sports has done nothing to fix this, and probably has no intentions of even trying to fix it again. So i give an F + to 2K sports. I did not buy this game to play OFFLINE against the CPU. This is totally unacceptable to the fans and people that went and spent there hard earned money on this game. Do yourself a favor and do not buy any 2K sports games, you will be a hurting unit if you do, and probably smash your computer against the wall. THIS IS THE WORST ONLINE PLAY I HAVE EVER SEEN IN ALL MY 20 YEARS OF GAMING...2K SERVERS DO NOT WORK..OR 10 PERCENT OF THE TIME........

One of the best games I've ever played. And I'm not even a basketball fan...

Great game 'My Player mode' Rocks.
