Most of you have heard of Sierra's collection of NASCAR games, until they lost the license to EA SPORTS in 2003.

User Rating: 7.2 | NASCAR Racing: 1999 Edition PC
This game consists of three divisions: NASCAR Cup Series, NASCAR Grand National Division, and NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. Notice that there isn't the real-life name of the product in the game, because it is illegal to post alcohol, tobacco, or drugs in video games and toys. There are 115 total drivers in the game, and only thirty-nine may be used at a time per roster. The roster total is unlimited, but you can include a maximum of 128 car and truck files. To solve the probelm of cars bunching up at the start/finish line, Sierra and Papyrus decided to wave the green flag before the start/finish line to increase the playability and raceability of every track.

The images look terrible, but there are dozens of never-before-seen speedways in a computer simulation, including the Craftsman Truck Series' speedways. Some of the fantasy drivers include Steve Vandergriff, John Smith, Wally Barnes, and Stephanie Cha.
