The difficulty varies so widely, it really takes away from the fun.
The car editing system is probably the most innovative part of the game, you can change just about any setting you could within the car to get it to handle the way you want and you can dial in some really good handling cars with a very small amount of experience. The gameplay other than the difficulty is fair, you can choose to allow damage and harm your car or just harm others without any consequence.
Not all of the tracks nor drivers are included in this game so if your favorite driver or track isn't in the game, it really drags down the fun even more. Considering the game isn't broken but slightly lacking in some aspect this game is fun but pay as little as you can for it!
