I have had this for 4 years now and I still play this! Thats how good it is.If your a NASCAR fan, BUY IT!

This game shows how s****y of a job EA Sports does at making a NASCAR game. This has to be the best NASCAR game for the consoles and the 2nd best NASCAR game ever .(2nd only to NACSAR Racing 2003 Season which was made by the same company if I'm correct.) You can tweek the setups of 4 different racing series and race on dirt! The carrer mode is difficult , but is never frustrating. You can also custumize the AI strength from 85% (In a 125 lap race at Bristol, I lapped the field 46 times only because I wrecked everyone out but 2 drivers.And in the full 500 lapper I lapped the field 49 times w/o wrecking anyone.) to 105% (At the same track, it took the leader 50 laps to catch the back of the field, and 17 more to acually put 43rd place a lap down. And on 'Tally and 'Tona, Its true Restrictor Plate racing , 1 HUGE PACK!) So if you're a n00b just getting into NASCAR, you can make yourself feel like the King himself by setting the AI to 85%. There are 20 of the 23 tracks (That were raced at in the 02 season) are here (Pocono, Indy, and Chicago arent there cause of Licencing issues most likely) and the rest are not real but by the setup of the tracks and the graphics, you could easilly mistake them for being real. Hell, I even googled Baxter Fairgrounds Raceway which aint real. Seriously the graphics are just plain beautiful. Evn for todays standards, they could definitley hold their own with possibly the most recent PS2 games. The tracks are almost lifelike and the cars ae pretty nice lookin. I just wish that all the drivers in the Winston Cup were in the game, but oh well. The sound is great with Allen Bestwick being the host yet again. You spotter is a lifesaver at times, cause in your using helmet cam, you cant see much on the outside . The beat the heat challenges were totally awesome but the race the pro mode is frustrating (Still havent beaten it how embarassing).And Value: IF IM REVIEWING THIS 5 YEARS LATE, THEN THIS OBVIOUSLY HAS TONS OF VALUE. Its like a drug, it just cant be put down. If you dont like this game, you live a hollow life.
