from first look this is the old 07 and 06, but if you look closer, this is quite big progres.
All tracks, all driver, all cars, except 99. There not dodge challenges enymore, but i like it, becauze dodge challenges wasnt interesting (for me)
You can buy chase plates and earn medalions. Graphys is perfect. Cars, clouds, and all looks very realistic.
If you drive without asists, than things go cool, becauze loose is very easy and cars is real nascar cars.
Highlight reel finaly shows all biggest moments (start finish and all crashs and touchs)
And yes. Crashs are very, very realistics and beauteful.
Carrer mode (earn your stripes) are nice simulation. Start from **** like whelen modifier and then slowly fight to the top - nextel cup.

If you are real nascar fan - buy it. i dont know why gamespot dont like it.
But i know you shoud got that game.
