NASCAR 06 isn't a bad game for NASCAR fans. It could use a few improvements though.

Well first off, I think they really need to improve the crashes. They are not very realistic. You smash into the wall front first at 180 mph and your front end gets a little scratched up? Don't think so. Second, the cars don't feel fast. Enough said. Third, Take out the fantasy drivers. Put in all of the real drivers without fantasy ones. None of the Whelen drivers are real, only about 4 or 5 of the CTS ones are real, only about half of the Busch Series ones are real, and a few of the Nextel Cup ones are fake. If we want to race with a fantasy driver then we will just create a driver. Just please put in all of the real drivers for each series.
Fourth, Please make the team ownership options deeper. Like when you own a team, you should be able to make new cars for your team, selectwhich drivers drive which car, manage the drivers' contracts, hire the drivers' crew chief/crew workers/etc., and just about anything else a real manager can do.
And finally, the graphics have been the same for a while, please change them too. Other than these things the game is great. So if you want a NASCAR game to buy then consider buying this one. Oh yeah, the soundtrack sucks. I only gave the sound an 8 because of the in-race sounds.
