Like most the games I play, when this game came out I waited to see the kind of reviews it received. It appeared that there were mixed feelings about this game which made me hesitant to try it, but I decided to rent it because I am a Naruto fan. Once I played the game I was glad it was up to par with my taste in video games. I was glad that my take on this game was not affected by these other carping reviews. I will say that there was some downfalls like you can not walk around in any towns, the game play is a little repetitive, there is not much of a story, and the voice overs in the cut scenes have odd pauses, but besides this the fighting is very enjoyable as well as the plate and chip configurations, and once you start playing, it becomes addicting and you never want to stop doing missions. If you are reading this review do not let me sway your opinion and do not let some of these other animadversions change your view of this game. If you are a true Naruto fan you will try this game and look forward to others in the future. Finally, I believe this Naruto game is the best game in the series to date, so try this game and I am sure you will find something you like about it.
