Naruto; Uzumaki Chronicles 2

User Rating: 6 | Naruto: Konoha Spirits PS2
Naruto. Uzumaki Chronicles 2.

The sequal to Naruto: Uzumaki Chronicles, the first. That just there was setting the standard for a sequel a bit high. Just a bit. This game features somewhat more realistic graphics than most Naruto games, but then again, the first of the series did as well.

It has the same Skill-Plate addition to customize Naruto's skills, and in this game, you can play as other characters for more than a few seconds. It featured an original storyline, that you played as the Leaf Village's hero children as you try to stop evil robots from... Well, being evil. The usual gig for 12 year olds in that town.

Each character had their own skills, that sometimes helped progress in the story. It wasn't the same moveset/ combinations/ animation, etc, for each character, which was good.

As I had stated previously, the game featured more detailed graphics than the Naruto games usually do. It also had some nice sound effects, and music, however, it did tend to get repetitive at points. The combat, also, was somewhat repetitive.

Was a decent game, worth playing and buying.. I suppose. Could've been better, though. I'll give it a 6, I was expecting a bit more, but it was still PRETTY good. Recommended for Naruto gamers, only. All others, rent it before you play it.
