Great fighting game with one of the biggest and balanced roster of characters in a Naruto game.
First, the story mode doesn't offer an enjoyable experience. Is very short and unbalanced, but well design to give the players a taste of what battles are going to be. What makes CoNR3 an addictive experience (at least for me) is that there are a lot of goods to be unlocked and a very healthy variety of modes besides the story mode.
Different modes also includes Missions, Time Attack, Score Attack, Survival Mode and Kumite. Battles can be set to Singles or Squad Battles. To make things more interesting there is Wi-Fi Battle Mode. This online feature may not be perfect , because of lagging issues, but could definitively add a great deal of hours of playing time to keep you busy.
Clash of Ninja Revolution 3 also offers different options for the controllers which is a good thing for those of us that like to play fighting games the old school way with Classic Controllers or even Game Cube Controllers. But for those who like to use the wiimote, can benefit themselves using hand signs to power up your character for a short period of time or even increase your chakra bar.
For the visuals CoNR3 looks pretty good for a wii game, but not the best. In terms of sound the game is solid, but only if you don't mind not having the Japanese original voices which Tommy should've considered to include for the hardcore fans of the series.
For me, Naruto Shippuden: Clash of Ninja Revolution 3 represents a very solid and competitive fighting game, not the simple smash buttons kind. Great for playing with your friends at home or some online competition.
