Plenty of potential

Naruto: Clash of Ninja could be a great game. The game itself is fun, but there's not enough to do. It has very few characters, and just all around not much to it. It has a story mode, but it is portrayed very weakly, and is only good for getting unlockables otherwise it's like every other mode. The fighting itself is a success. It's pretty much a basic fighting, but feels and looks like its been sped up, for more enjoyable, and more addictive game play. The graphics are also very cool, almost like playing a cartoon. There are a few characters to unlock, but they hardly broaden the selection. Eventually you do get to play as Nine Tailed Naruto which is cool, but horribly unfair to the other player (unless it's a CPU then who cares), his attacks are far stronger than anyone else in the game, and if you pick a normal character but your friend picks NT Naruto you're basically as good as screwed, unless there is a large gap in your skill level, and you happen to be superior. So in the end, if you have Clash of Ninja 2 or above, don't waste your money on this, it's the same but much worse. And if you haven't bought a Clash of Ninja game yet, but want to get any one but this one. That's my advice anyway.
