Clash of Ninja 2 is a vast improvement over it's prequel, but there are still a few things to worry about.

User Rating: 7.5 | Naruto: Gekitou Ninja Taisen! 2 GC
POSITIVES: A lot more content including longer story, more stages and characters, and more things to unlock; Superb animation; Possibility of those, "Oh, Snap!," moments are high thanks to some awesome attacks; A lot better than Clash of Ninja; Great multiplayer.

NEGATIVES: Some changes are overdone, including a much harder difficulty; Sometimes the voices go out of sync; Relies too much on similarity of Clash of Ninja.

Clash of Ninja 2 was diffently a much better game than its prequel, and there's a lot of things to be said about. However, things said about that are disappointing are true. It's not truly perfected. The game is very similiar to Clash of Ninja, with the same animation, visuals, sound effects, and voice acting. The controls are much simplier, too. Despite that, the game still is worth buying because of it's attracting addiction.

There are plenty of new things in the game, including a whole lot of new characters. These include: Hinata, Shikamaru, Ino, Kankuro, Gaara, Guy Sensei, Neji, and a whole lot more. Even the mysterious, yet violent Orochimara is available as a character. There are also some new stages, too, but let's not get too into that. There's even a shop in which you can buy a bunch of cool things like upgrades, profiles, sounds, and some other cool stuff. There's also a new 4-player combat mode, in which up to four players can fight it out and see who is the best ninja.

Unfortunately, it seems that that mode is the only new mode. The modes from the original Clash of Ninja are put into to this game, but that's about it. The story, thankfully, is longer. It leads up to the point where Naruto defeats the demon of the sand, Gaara, which I guess is probably around the end of second season. There are plenty of fights in story mode, too, but as you progress, they get harder and harder. Sometimes, the character's artificial intelligence gets too high, and you can barely beat them. I barely made my way through until I got to the three toughest battles:

1. Neji v.s. Naruto. 2. Sasuke v.s. Kankuro and Gaara. 3. Naruto v.s. Gaara.

If you watched the show, the good guys win, bads guys lose. But let's continue, shall we.

The modes I mentioned before are still the same. In survival mode, you just fight until you drop. You also got that odd, yet interesting health loss at the beginning of some matches. In exhibition, you just fight. All the modes have to do with fighting, which again is bad.

Clash of Ninja 2 is a vast improvement over it's prequel, but there are still a few things to worry about. The characters look spectatular, and the voice acting is great, too. However, the voices can go out of sync, which is a little annoying. Some changes are good, but some are overdone, and some they didn't even bother to change, which is good and bad. I give Naruto Clash of Ninja 2 a 7.5 out of 10.

Final Note: Buying the game is a good idea, if you want to find a good action game. Those, "Oh, Snap," moments will keep you wanting more.
