My Sims takes everything you love about the Sims and throws it away in place of boring, repetitive gameplay.
The story is not much worth looking at. Its an animal crossing clone with blockheads, literally. I won't even go into it.
Control wise, this simple game has perfect controls. Mostly because the controls are only used for simple tasks that
kindergartners would enjoy. They do work great but the game is to boring and repetitive to even care. This is the thing that gives this game any points.
Gameplay is gets way old after the first half hour. Basically your doing tasks that feel like chores (most of them actually are). The NPCs are so boring, I had to play Majora's mask again just to get my spirits back up. It all works perfectly as I said in the controls, but the gameplay is doing house work!
Artistically, if you can even describe this game as art, this game reeks. The graphics are blurry, dark, and bland. The music makes you want to hang a kitten. I turned off the music and listened to the Super Mario Galaxy 2 soundtrack just to get over it.
Don't buy this game. Your son or daughter wants it, say no. Your friend says you should try it, say no. If someone says this game is great, punch him/her in the face. 2.5 is really not an unfair rating for this horrible DS title.
