if you've been itching for a humorous RPG with a fun real-time battle system, this is a good game to check out.

I know not many people are fans of cell-shaded characters, but I'm one of those people that just literally MELTS at these manga-style shaded graphics. Though I have to admit, they really went over-board on Musashi's hair :P

There are some disappointing aspects of the game. One would have to be its short length. It took me about 22 hours to finish the game (including all sidequests and stuff), which is disappointing when you can play Tales of Symphonia for over 200 hours and still have some sidequests to do (I'm wierd that way)

Another-- the voice acting. To be quite blunt, it sucked. They could have found a MUCH better actor for Musashi, the main character, in my opinion. Some of the characters were well voiced, but I think Square Enix slacked off a bit there.

The game does, however, have a pretty fun battle system, similar to that of Kingdom Hearts. The main character, Musashi, wields a light katana, and a heavier greatsword (default is an oar) You also learn your various abilities by copying them from monsters.

Overall, I wouldn't say this game is that wonderful, but its definitely worth checking out if you love these kind of graphics, and if you've been itching for a humorous RPG with a fun, real-time battle system.
