Motor storm has good graphics and gameplay. But the last levels, especially - ticket 21 is outrageous. Its outright irritating. There is no other word to describe it. you are basically playing 1 against 14, with al l other players teaming up on you. Nobody is interested in winning the race, but only in knocking you over, even if that means knocking themselves out. You always start from the last and usually 3 or 4 guys right in front of you makes a blockade for you, but the guys further ahead speeds away. Finally if you manage to free from these guys and move up, the guys ahead will just break and stop moving at same time making sure that you are stuck at their back. This is a totally crappy programming strategy and will irritate the hell out of you.
Further it has only 5 or 6 tracks and lots of races on the same tracks but using different vehicles. Compare this to old NFS-5 or NFS-carbon and you will feel like breaking this motor storm disk..
