This is the first racing game I've ever bought. I got hooked on the demo, and picked up the full game and I'm very happy I did. You get 16 tracks, 4 each in the Water, Earth, Air and Fire zones. They're are stupendously fun, ranging from wide open courses where you can run at full throttle almost all the way around, to tighter courses requiring you to feather the throttle and do a lot of drifting through the corners. The majority fall somewhere in between. For vehicles you can choose everything from a motorcycle to a monster truck. The bikes are the most maneuverable, but any little thing you hit will cause you to crash. The big rigs on the other hand can drive right through anything, but don't have nearly as much maneuverability. Personally I prefer the buggy and racing truck, though they all are fun in their own way. I have to admit I love the big rigs as well.
The main appeal of the game is the speed - you're blasting through these crazy courses at absolutely insane speeds, doing insane jumps, leaving all sorts of automotive carnage in your wake. It's utterly addictive and and absolute blast to play.
