Too many characters made this Mortal Kombat dull and uninteresting. The story mode was ridiculous, but one would be able to enjoy the fighting ones without a spec of doubt! The game jerks at the transitions between cut scenes and gameplay. However, the same can't be said for the combats in various fighting modes. Compared to the games that I've played prior to this, the graphics for the story (excluding the gameplay battles) were too flashy hence, mediocre. Maybe I'm just used to playing games with sturdy storylines that Mortal Kombat X failed to impress me much.
