I never thought that jumping upwards all the time could be that so fun and 'awesome!'

Monsters (Probably) Stole My Princess is a mini-game with a very weird title plus a very weird gameplay. You are an aristocratic Dracula Duke which you live in a planet with monsters in it (although they are all feared from the Duke). One day the Duke is sleeping and dreaming his beloved princess. Suddenly he wakes up and notices that the princess has been kidnapped. So the Duke the is out on a 'very' short journey to find her by giving a hellish supplex to the possible suspects.

The aim of the game is to chase the fleeing monsters that climbs or flies upwards. You have to jump and climb the platforms as fast as possible to catch them. Although you must not jump on the same platform twice or you will lose your chain combo. So this makes the game to be more fast paced and challenging which is really sweet. The more combos you perform the more evil and faster the Duke becomes. Once you catch the monster perform a double jump on him to perform a hit. You need to hit them three times in order to perform a nightmarish supplex. The supplex animations changes according to your combo size. Try to perform a supplex at the highest chain combo.

The downside of the game is that it has only 5 stages where is takes only 1 or 2 minutes to finish them. If you want to play further there is a challenge mode where each stage has three different layouts with varying difficulties. On the other hand the game has sweet graphics with cool animations. The monsters are completely different from each other each with stupid biography. The most 'awesome' part of the game is the musics. They simply rock and they suit the game for its gameplay.

For the games replay value, there are trophies that you need to unlock them and they are very difficult to unlock them. Also after completing a stage you are ranked according how well you have played. Getting gold medal, is not that so easy.

In conclusion it is a must mini PSP game to buy.
