really cool game

very addictive game, the number of monsters is great, the battles are fun, the graphics are very great for a play station 1 game, the only bad thing in this game is that the game ends at year 9999, and the monsters can die...

the first time i played, after 10 minutes or something, i couldn't stop playing, even after i beat s rank, there's more competition, and battling those expedition bosses is cool, the monsters have expressions, and you can't spoil the monster or train it too hard (i DID spoil it, though)

the disc system can be really exciting some time, but can be really stressing sometimes when you can't get a good monster or if you run out of cds, and you can't really use slate if you didn't play the first game

there are enemy-ranked monsters (boss) that you can't get, except if you use gameshark or action replay or other cheating devices
