Gameloft really did it right! Modern Combat 2 offers a multiplayer experience like none other, and a FPS's must have!

I was really excited, when I first heard it was coming soon though an email of some kind... I didn't think that just a few days later, it would launch. So, I downloaded it from the AppStore, and started it up. The intro video, really gave a great presentation to the game, and could tell that this is going to be great... Well, the campaign is not so Hot, and is why I gave it a 9.0. It just wasn't much fun, and seemed cliché. You are just shooting at a bunch of guys, and end up dyeing a lot! Finally, you figure out what you needed to do to get passed the end of the level's, then you've had enough. Well, that's just me...

So, after an annoying Campaign fight, I decided to jump Online!

Wow, was I blown away by its Multiplayer!

Modern Combat 2 offers the best multiplayer experience on the iPhone, than any other title. Its multiplayer experience is like nothing else out there on a Phone, and is extremely gratifying! You will be hooked, and a hard time to put your Phone Down... The graphics are great, but at the same time, not so great... I am picky when it comes to graphics! Who isn't? Yes this is a FPS on a Phone, and did do an excellent job. But, is it possible to get any better? Well, we will see....

For example, Epic Games awed us all, with their Epic Citadel title! The most amazing App demonstration, Period! So, to get to my point, these iPhone Apps could be Graphically Great! We just have not seen anything like what Epic games can/could accomplish...

I would love to see Epic show off what their games can achieve in the FPS arena, but till then we will have to wait...

In the end, Modern Combat 2 is the best FPS, and my personal favorite! Not having multiplayer over 3G is a problem, but oh well... The game makes up for it when you get home, or find a free WiFi hotspot! Also, we all know an iPad version will hit the App Store too! So, that's another $9.99 we will be spending, for iPad owners, and is getting pretty annoying that Gamelofts does not offer Universal Apps... So, if you have an iPad, and are not dyeing to get MC2, then wait a few weeks for the iPad MC2HD release!

If you are more of a Halo fan, in the FPS type class, then hold out for Nova 2!
