MLB 12: The Show

MLB 12: The show is actually a pretty fun game. The game play as a whole is pretty good. But its steep learning curve can leave a little bit to desire. I'll admit I am new to the series. But i found it even on it's easiest setting to be somewhat difficult. As I have played more and more of it, i have been able to figure it out.

The game does not lack for presentation. Everything seems great. The displays are great and never feel thrown together at all. It helps to immerse yourself into the game.

The Road to the Show is a great mode too. The depth and customization of your player is great and I can't really think of anything I would change about it to improve it, from a customization standpoint. There are some areas where perhaps it could go a little deeper into your player and his on and off the field stuff. But generally it is an enjoyable experience.

All in all, The Show 12 is a fun game that has some flaws, but will keep you wanting to come back to it.
