Samus on the DS=lousy aim...major hand cramps...huge disappointment.

First off, let me say that I am a huge fan of the Metroid franchise. Having a few days off and only two days until Other M is released, I decided to buy Metroid Prime Hunters and try to complete it before buying Other M. Big mistake on my part. After just a few hours of gameplay, I realized that I had wasted my money on this game. Why you ask? Well a few reasons: 1. No actual story plot line. Basically, you're told there is an almighty power out there. Go find it. While I do enjoy games that allow you to explore, I do like a story background here and there (something that Hunters failed to produce for me). 2. Did Samus become lousy at aiming? Yes. I know it's a DS game and yes I know hand held first person shooter games are hard to produce. However, Samus is super human and the abilities that she had are well...not human. She has too many abilities that make controlling her on a DS very tricky. 3. This sort of goes along with controls but was such a big problem for me that it deserves it's own category: OH MY GOD MY HANDS!! CRAMP!! Seriously am I suffering from Carpel Tunnel Syndrome? Oh no! I'm just playing Metroid Prime Hunters. Be prepared for plenty of them if you do decide to buy this game. Bottom line: Keep your fond memories of Samus Aran in 2D and 3D on any other console except the DS.
