A fitting end to the Metroid Prime Trilogy

User Rating: 9 | Metroid Prime 3: Corruption WII
Metroid has always been my favourite game that Nintendo have produced, probably because of the main character, Samus Aran, and her evil counterparts, whether that be Space Pirates, Gorea, the SA-X, or, as featured on the prime trilogy, Dark Samus. However, there couldn't have been a more fitting end to the Prime Trilogy than Corruption. The graphics are pretty good coming from the Wii, and the fact that, every now and again, you can see Samus' eyes reflecting from her visor, is realistic enough for me. The storyline is great, and, at times, has you puzzled by what you have got to do. The grapple is great, and all of the upgrades available for your weapons add to the feel of achievement as you play through the game. The boss fights, although not realistic, are great, and will have you dodging along with Samus! The fact that you are, as the name suggests, corrupted opens up a whole new area of gameplay, as you are forced to manage your time on it carefully, lest you die from losing too much health, or become fully corrupted and become another Dark Samus.
All in all, this game is great, and is worth every penny, cent or whatever currency your country use. If you liked the first 2 games in this trilogy, buy this to continue the carnage!
