Is this what games are becoming?
When I first started the game i'll admit the graphics and the overall atmosphere were impressive, but as soon as I actually started to play the game I was completely annoyed. I mean I am honestly insulted by the hand holding in this game. They create this beautiful world and only allow you to follow a narrow linear path through it, a path that is full of forced cut scenes and very little of what I would consider actual gameplay. Seriously after about the tenth time I was jumped by some amazing looking beast that I didn't even get to fight (unless you count pushing a couple of scripted buttons that only a retarted monkey could miss a fight) I became fed up. I guess I can see how some people can be pulled in by the atmosphere and the story, but the gameplay completely ruins the experience for me.
If you want to play an actual game instead of a slightly interactive cg movie then I highly recommend you avoid this piece of crap and go play any of the Stalker or Fallout games, because they are miles beyond this game.
