A tricked-out classic that you can enjoy for the weekend with your buddies, and have a laugh as you go along.
I wouldn't dare to attempt playing it in the arcade seeing that it's a much harder version than the one I'm already struggling with, so the console release was a bonus for me. If you've played the original Metal Slug 2, and you wanted more challenge, then please try this out. The enemies spam the screen faster and the bosses' ammo fill the screen faster too. But if you think this is absurdly hard to complete with the minimal amount of lives you normally would have, then also be rest assured that this PSOne release comes with a default infinite amount of lives just for the sake of entertaining yourself with less frustration. But for now, if you've a PSP, then you probably would want to get Metal Slug Anthology.
