This game is a brilliant and under-rated gem.

I keep it short and sweet. Megaman legends is an amazing game that is unfortunately overlooked like a lot of great games. It was my 2nd ps1 game and is still one of my most remembered and cherished games to date. It was so enjoyable to play. It had great voice acting as well as a great and interesting story. I loved this game and I couldn't put it down. It is Megaman's 1st 3D adventure. If you love previous Megaman games and/or exploring dungeons in adventure games. I suggest you give this game a try.
pros:
fun, great story and characters, Megaman, making special weapons and upgrades are great, exploring dungeon style gameplay is very well done, some catchy and memorable tunes get stuck in your head, kicking the serve bots and the mean dogs is mean but fun
cons:
saving up zenny(money) can be a pain at times, camera can go crazy in some fights, it ends
