Amazing!!! Just one of the best gameboy advance games.

User Rating: 9 | Mega Man Battle Network 3 White GBA
I found this game sitting on the shelf of clearance games and played it. It was clearly one of the most addicting games on the gameboy I own. STORY(reviewer's tilt): A group of net terrorists has come to destroy the internet by unleashing a deadly program. You, as Lan and Megaman.EXE are to stop them. There are many other characters to interact with too. The characters have little human-like programs called net navis and megaman.EXE is one of them. You can battle the ones that belong to specific characters. The reploids from older megaman games have been translated into these net navis. (for example: Gutsman, Bubbleman, Roll,etc.). So expect an engaging story line from Capcom. GAMEPLAY: The game is part turnbased when it comes to the battle. You can select up to 5 or more battlechips (programs with weapon data) per turn to fight your foe on an 18 square panel board, where you can only walk on your half of panels. Otherwise, you walk around as lan or megaman and get into random battles. It is like a 3D world while walking outside of battles. The enemies can be bland or too easy, and you get no experience from beating enemies. However, you could get battlechips, money (in the form of zennies), and sometimes Health restores. The bosses bring color to the normally bland enemies, and can present a challenge to gamers new to the battle network series. But, to all those who can understand this, the battle system presents itself as unique approach to turn based battling. GRAPHICS: The scenery is in 3D and the characters are in 2D sprites. It looks good in my taste. The way it is presented is in clear pictures and it is sometimes peculiar. The peculiarity is in the 3D world sprites, which seem to not do as much as the battle sprites. The characters in the hub 3D world are poorly depicted and show little action. But it doesn't need to because the sprites have faces that show emotion. The scenery, in 3D, is pretty good for a gameboy advance. You can even pick out little things that the makers put in for detail, if you look hard enough. SOUND: I liked the sound and music in the game. They were clear and actually good. The boss music is worth listening to while at the same time, delivers a sort of encouragement to keep on fighting. The 3D world music is a 1 minute repeating tune that distinctly fits the place and situation of the places. The tunes don't become too boring, and some of them are good. A particular note is the boss music that really is worth hearing while beating the boss. notice that since this is only a gameboy advance, the music isn't worth listening to in spare time, but is good for the game. VALUE: I beat the game in 20 hours and there are over 30 hours of extras. There are extra jobs/quests, secret bosses, harder versions of all the bosses, and a whole new secret area. All in all, the game can keep you playing for a while. The secret area is full of challenges, extra bosses, and the leader of the underground internet society called Undernet. There are also separate versions of bosses that are scattered through the net. You can get battle chips for your collection, and you can battle the other characters' navis repeatedly.
