Medal of Honor takes place in war ravaged Afghanistan as you tread between mountain peaks and cringes spaces of small huts flushing out enemy. The AI is average at best and game play doesn't last longer than 10 hours.
The only variation the game offers is in terms of sniping missions and taking down enemies from helicopters and remotely operated drones. The entire game relies too much on using landscape details to create a change but, the very essence of challenge is missing. AI is almost inconsistent and doesn't make that much of an impact.
Medal of Honor is your run of the mill shooter type. The best part of the game comes in when you are under heavy fire and taking cover. That is when you actually can plan as to when to lob a grenade and peek out and shoot some and run to other cover. Unfortunately there's only a few of those moments.
All in all, if you looking for a challenge to test your skills, look elsewhere. If you have spare 10 hours and want to indulge in some easy shooting, this might be your pick.
