Wonderful game, very interesting storyline for those who enjoy dialogue, great graphics and stays consistent.

I'm surprised that I never heard of Mass Effect before until recently, I mean I've heard the name but I've never actually looked into it, considering how much fun I had playing this game it should have been a huge hype! The storyline is very detailed for the most part, not as much as Fallout but more interesting, "Quality over quantity" I suppose. It is an ideal game, you start out at the bottom-middle and make your way up to the top and choose to be a hero or villain, or both. One thing that turns me off this game is that they put sexual dialogue and such, but when you actually get to the climax of the relationship it has no "graphic" cinematic yet it's rated Mature, as if they think 10 year olds are going to be playing this game... and doesn't effect the game too much later on. I love the storyline and everything effects another in this game as well. Landing on planets not specifically in the big storyline of things becomes very old, as you just get dropped off in your tank the same way and every time you survey materials it's the same thing and many of the structures are just copy and pasted and put different NPCs in them. But beyond all that the overall picture is this was a wonderful game and I enjoyed it, it's one of those games once you start it you HAVE to finish it, and do be warned before you finish this game or even start it, the Mass Effect series are all connected, if you beat the game on Mass Effect, all of your choices and such will follow you over to Mass Effect 2. Perhaps that is why I love this game so much, is the possibilities in dialogue are amazing, as well as the outcomes, I can't imagine how long it took BioWare to put all of that information in the game. Check my review for Mass Effect 2 for further details per the series.
