This is the epitome of average games
Pros.
- Good Writing
- Combat will keep you interested just barely long enough to beat the game
- Nothing really bad about the graphics, they are just very cartoony
Cons.
- Forgettable story
- Combat is extremely repetitive and does nothing new to interest you
- Way too much story, not enough fighting
- The game doesn't progressively harder, unlike every other game that ever existed
- Upgrades aren't noticeable
*New Part!*
Story: 5/10
The writing is very good, counteracted by a forgettable story and characters
Sound: 5/10
Not much going on except gunshots, very few lines are actually voiced, and the cut-scenes aren't anything special
Graphics: 5/10
Cut-scenes remind you of Saturday morning cartoons, not very good for an action game. Other than that combat areas are detailed, but there isn't a whole lot going on.
Difficulty: 2/10
Waaayyyyy too easy. The only hard part about the game is first getting used to it, which doesn't take long, then you mow through the combats in 30 seconds until the last fight. Which takes 45 seconds.
Controls: 4/10
Tilt controls are the only option. That's really the only playing you will be doing in the game except occasionally shooting a rocket or choosing an enemy to fire at. Also, you don't actually shoot the gun, you just chose the enemy and it'll fire it for you. Doesn't take much skill to get it down. The tilt controls aren't even that great, it just hurts your neck trying to look at the screen the whole time.
"Fun" Factor: 5/10
There is some fun to be had in the game, but combat gets repetitive, and controls are somewhat clunky.
Should you buy it?
Well I got it for a dollar, and I don't regret it, I got 2 hours of some almost interesting game-play, and I had a tiny bit more fun with it than say a can of soda, unless I did a soda chugging contest with my friends, then the soda would have been more fun.
