Without a doubt, one of the best super hero games out there for all ages!
The challenges in adventure mode are just right and the payoff of what they unlock in the battle mode are solid. There are plenty of levels to fight in as well, all reflecting key aspects of the Marvel Comic universe. Likewise, you can be so many different characters with so many different powers and fighting skills that a player is bound to find their favorite in no time.
The four-versus-four player option in battle mode really rounds out the game well. It's easy to get kids excited about playing together, especially after the characters have been unlocked. And the extra initiative to find Spiderman and unlock his missions is another incentive for play. This is easily a gift for a dedicated video game player, and the price is just right!
