One of the most hilarious games I've ever played, this gem is sure to have you laughing yourself out of breath.
The scenario in the game has Princess Peach's voice stolen by an evil witch, and Mario and ever-abused Luigi must recover it.....Even if Luigi doesn't even want to go. The brothers then set out on a grand adventure in the Beanbean Kingdom to save the Princess, and later on, the fate of both Kingdoms.
The game's visuals and comical art style push the GBA to the limit. The gameplay is also very easy to learn: several tutorials at the beginning show the basic play mechanics. My favorite part, along with hilarious cut-scenes that involve abusing Luigi, is the witty dialogue. The writers did an amazing job in making each character amazingly lifelike. From the clueless castle guards to the brilliant villain Fawful, each character in the game has a distinct personality.
Sounds fit the game like a glove, but they're a pretty mixed bag. Some will stick in your head, but others are pretty forgettable. I like the voice acting, like when Mario and Luigi talk gibberish to explain something.
The game itself takes about 20 hours to complete, and all the sidequests you can do takes a lot longer. This game encourages multiple play-throughs, even if it's just to see the funny parts again. This gives it lots of replay value.
This game is a MUST BUY, especially if you like humor and/or RPGs. It's guaranteed to leave you laughing at the many memorable moments(Like Luigi dressed up like Princess Peach) for a long, long time.
