I had a lot of fun with this title despite it's few shortcomings.

User Rating: 9 | Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga GBA
It's a wonderful day in the Mushroom Kingdom. The Goodwill Ambassador from the Beanbean Kingdom has arrived to the castle. But suddenly, a gas comes from a "present" to Peach. It stole her voice! And there was no Goodwill Ambassador! It was just Cackletta and her underling Fawful!

It's time for the Mario and Luigi, Super Star Saga Review, for the GBA.

So Mario and Luigi arrive at the castle to find Bowser. What could be worse? Well, much more. You have to get Bowser's help to save Peach's voice. How ironic.

You are now in the Koopa Kruiser, which is the basic tutorial for this game. After Fawful destroys it, you land in Stardust Fields, and cross the border. Problem is, now there is a dude who won't let you pass without paying 100 coins. However, your 100 Mushroom Kingdom coins are only worth 6 BeanBean Coins! Wow, the coin isn't well today. Even the economy is in the toilet in this game.

So now let's fast forward in the game. After defeating Tolstar, you will end up in the real Beanbean Kingdom. You now have to scale Hoohoo Mountain and find Blablandon. Another dragon hatches from an egg, and you have to fight it.
You then meet Prince Peasley, who is a total show-off. Your next goal is to go to Beanbean Castle, however, Queen Bean has been transformed by Cackletta, who you must fight. You will learn about the Beanstar, which can grant any wish if it hears a pure voice. Who else to call for one? Peach.

That's all I will go into the story. Now, in this game, the controls worked well. The A and B buttons control the bros, the D-Pad moves around, start switches the order of the bros, and select opens the suitcase. You would think the start button would open the menu and select would switch the bros's order, but it's not. It wasn't really a problem, just that I sometimes screwed up.

The graphics are good. Alphadream knows how to make the right kind of graphics. Way to go you guys!

There were many minigames, some were fun to play. The most difficult was the Barrel game. It took me so many tries to beat it!

The bosses weren't easy. Some required that you have to weaken the boss. Also, this isn't completely boss related, but some attacks were hard to figure out how to dodge them.

Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga is a wonderful game. Graphics, story, controls, and bosses were enjoyable. The only downsides are that the game is too long and the Barrel minigame was torture. But overall, the game is worth your money. This game gets a 9 out of 10 with the title of Superb!
