This game is basically a significantly improved Magic: The Gathering

The game is what it is, It's magic the gathering but a lot closer to how much fun the real game is than the first one. It has the basic 2-4 player multiplayer duel, but it also adds some amazingly fun modes.

You can now play 2v2 battles with your friends or against 2 other players and a friend, Or maybe you and an ai against 2 other ai. Speaking of ai, the game fixes the problem in the original where people would drop out of the game early and you'd be stuck without a player. The game can now replace drop outs with Ai, witch is especially great in 2v2 match where losing a teammate would equal an easy loss. But it still lacks local and online play at the same time.

The 3 player coop mode 'Archmage' is a lot of fun, but it can get really difficult. Almost too difficult. It's also a let down that a real player can not be the archmage.

The decks are improved and more diverse featuring some new cards that have been made only recently. They are also more balanced and fun than before.

I have seen some glitches with the Key system for unlocking a full deck without winning games, or getting foil cards. According to my friend, you pay the 80 Ms points and it says you have the key and you can buy the cards, but you don't receive them. (This will probably be fixed soon though)

The main issue I have with the game is the high difficulty in the Campaign. You might spend over an hour just trying to beat one game against one of the Planeswalkers even on the lowest difficulty, but winning their deck afterwards is always rewarding.

Overall, it's a great game that is loads of fun with a few friends. I defiantly recommend it to any fans of Magic or any other card game like it.
