Madden on the Playstation 2 was immersive, addictive and real. I miss it so much that I've actually started to think about finding a copy and a used PS2 just to experience what a full, fun football game really is. Every incarnation of Madden since it's move the next-gen (PS3, X360) has been a crime. This year is no exception. Yes, they've attempted to improve franchise mode but it's a failure. The idiots that made this game just don't understand what fun is. They think as long as it looks good, they'll be able to sucker us in to buying it every year, they'll make their money and won't have to put forth any effort. It really is a bad joke how bad Madden is on these systems.

I hate it and I hate EA. I pray someday, the NFL will allow other video game developers create a real next-gen football game. Till then, the three guys working on Madden football will continue to rip us off.
