Great features, great controls, this game has it all.
PLAY NOW
Normal play has been upgraded to a much better and more fun level. First of all, the commentary is not the same boring talk that previous games have had, but it sounds more like the commentators are analizing the game, and less like a broken tape recorder. Pre-Play is much better, with more audibles, customisable hot routes, and easy to use play disguisers for multiplayer.
FRANCHISE
Franchise play has improved a lot, starting with the options. You have the choices to go to practice, study the other team, make adjustments to your roster, and much more. An overall fun experiance.
SUPERSTAR
My personal favorate part of the game, now you have to fight for your position on the team. Your computor has position battles that you have to keep track of to find out how close you are to passing up the player who is better than you. Practices are fun because now, the points that you earn in practice can be used to help your attribute points and put you closer to the next string. There are more agents, more emails, and, once again, it's just an altogether more fun experience.
OVERALL
Madden 10 scores a 9.5 out of 10 for me, only because some of the features that I liked on earlier versions have been taken away, but not enough to make me take a whole point away :).
