I have to say I was pretty impressed by the looks of this game and how it plays. I didn't quite hear a lot about this one in social media and game news, just took a quick glimpse at the Gamespot review and watched a little cut scene from a fight. Any way I decided to get it and I don't regret it. Graphics are really amazing and impressive! The level of immersion is really high! You can practically feel the wind and the sand in your face, and how rough life got for these unfortunate people that survived the apocalypse. Shotgun shells are scarce, so you must watch that trigger! You have to look for gasoline some times because you don't want to get stuck in the middle of the desert now do you?
Fighting is really cool! amazing mechanics and physics! Time slows down for you to do certain actions and to aim also. It plays great just like GTA in the desert! If you like GTA you will love this one I am sure! It does not have the same amount of things to do but it sure is the best post apocalyptic GTA kind of game you will find! Hats out for the developers.
The only problem I noticed is that it becomes a bit repetitive in the missions and things you must do in order to advance levels and to get cash ( scrap metal ). But again, we must realize that in this kind of world there isn't actually a lot of things to do and to see anyway... you are in a creeping desert full of junk and crazy bastards that want to dig your heart out!
