A decent marble shooting game
This game is really colorful – all the beautifully designed levels and shining objects make this game nice looking. Graphically this game is what it should be. And the Egyptian themed soundtracks perfectly blend with game’s environment. Though there are only 3-4 tracks that play all the time, it was fine for me.
After finishing the whole game, you can play any stage with same profile and also you can select the difficulty each time. One think I should say you cannot change difficulty during your first time playing, so my advice is start with easy or intermediate.
Luxor has three different difficulty settings – beginner, intermediate and expert. As name says easy is really easy and gives guarantee that you will able to finish the game. Intermediate is really challenging and you might have to play some levels more than once and hard – god saves you. But after finishing the game in beginner and intermediate I found expert really enjoying.
Final words – Luxor Amun Rising is a decent Zuma cloned game with better graphics and some fantastic levels. But lack of novelty in gameplay and poor level designs let this game down in compare to Zuma and unfortunately it is missing the fun part from Zuma.
