Little brother of UNO.

Lost Cities is a card game that has some resemblance to UNO and Solitaire. The game is at its best when played with someone via Xbox Live.

Goal of Lost Cities is to be an adventurer on a quest to explore new places. Unfortunately this is only apparent in the way the game looks and sounds: otherwise it's just a standard card game.

Graphics and sound help to bring some Indiana Jones style atmosphere to gameplay, but they're not that remarkable either. Music doesn't irritate you, which is important, because you will listen to it a lot when playing Lost Cities.

Gameplay is pretty simple: you play against someone and try to achieve more points. The catch here is that you start by making an investment, which gives you about -20 points. From there you need to climb up by using regular and some special cards in your disposal. It may take a while to start to get a hang of the strategy required to win.

Pretty much my only complaint is that the numbers on your cards are too small and sometimes you may need to sit closer to your TV when playing.

Lost Cities is a light and fun experience, but unfortunately you may have some trouble when finding an opponent via Xbox Live: people seem to play UNO more.
