The controls are horrible and there seems to be a delay in the controls, which turns this into an unplayable game for me. There is nothing like standing in front of a boss waiting to time your dodge so you can counter and not happens for a another second so you get smashed! I like the idea of the combat system but the delivery is to sloppy for me to enjoy and now I have to anticipate the enemy's attack prior to any vision ques in order to execute a dodge or counter attack. I wish I would have waited to purchase it on steam for $10 instead of the PS4 full price. I really wanted to like this game and hope the developer cleans up the combat system with a patch in the future.
