To call it a game is an understatement. This is the closest to racing in a real life track..and ITS addictive.
If your answer is yes to any one of these, you WILL like this game.
The physics is real.
The environment is real.

With online...the racing is real.

The demo (currently s2 W) gives a good sense. Have a steering/pedal with force fb(mouse kybwilldobut..),go for the easier cars, drive a few laps, break a few records and when u think it all feels second nature, go online and show them. The demo servers might have a few 'noobs' and crashers, but there are experts as well.Just spectate a bit before joining, you will know whos worth your standards.
Performance of such a physics game here is surprisingly good. Even a 15 KB conn is good enough(race with 3oppnt). Don't laugh if opponent messes up as you overtake. A smile is ok. Or just chat around after winning. Caution: you may feel different driving your real life car afterwards. May find foes around too easy.
