Little Big Planet is a very fun ride from beginning to end, specially if you have friends to play with.
First of all, the controls are not responsive at some parts. For example, there are parts where you press the jump button, but the sack boy doesn't jump. It's not just the jump command; the controls are overall really stiff. They are not horrible by any means, but there is definitely room for improvement in this aspect.
My second grip with this game is the single player mode. To be honest, I actually enjoyed playing through it for the first time, but the last world was so frustrating! Don't get me wrong, I liked be challenged in a game, but there was one level near the end of this game that I thought was unnecessarily hard. The storyline was very poor too, even for a platformer game.
The two issues that I mentioned above aside, I thought everything else about this game was excellent.
+The visual style is very unique
+The character customization options are very varied.
+The level creation tool that gives the players the ability to build their own levels is a superb addition to the game and it adds massively to the value of the game.
+Music was awesome.
+Co-op play is extremely fun (although camera might be a pain during co-op).
+Great and cute sound effects
+The single player levels have a lot of variety (I wish the story mode was longer tho).
+Overall, the game is very fun and creative in some aspects.
