Don't be fooled, creativity is an illusion.

Little Big Planet was suposed to revalutionise custamization, and in a way it does. There are thousands of things to interact with. The fly in the ointment is that there are very little ways to interact with them. You control a sackboy, his head, hips and hands. But practicaly, his head, hips and hands aren't very good for platforming. There are two actions this game has to offer, jumping, and grabbing stuff. The levels, although with a different look, are all basicaly the same. Some have text in the way of a shallow story, but really, I played it once and never again picked it up.
The online play is pretty boring as well. As is co-op play, which lets you drag a friend in. But then you might have one less friend.
There are some pretty shallow features, like the ability to dress up your sackboy, or put stickers on objects in game, but it's not enough to bring you back for more.

My 8 year old brother loves it, though his Game Taste is non-existant. All in all, nothing much. A nice idea, badly done.
