Menu screens are bright and expressive thanks to the OLED screen, it is a nice 'flowey' feeling when swooshing through them to get where you want, whether that is multi-player, level designing or Single player.
The single player on the positive side of things is 'Outstandingly Unique.' On the negative side however in one word it is 'Short.' I really wished Media Molecule would of made the game longer to complete as it had so much potential to even be a 10/10 rather than a 9. However, Quality and not Quantity. EVERY level is different from each other, with smart uses of the vita like pushing blocks out with the rear touch pad and shooting the creatinator gun using your finger to guide the missile where to go. This game is a true adventure where you can help the character do things, like you never have before. I have read online that the story itself was a disappointment. In my opinion, I agree to some extent. Because the story is told very well about the Puppeteer who left and minions took over to destroy all the different worlds, although the game doesn't make you feel for the characters very much which Media Molecule could of improved more.
The Online mode and Multiplayer are great. Tutorials help you learn how to make levels from LittleBigPlanet 2 while also learning the ways of the vita. Creative mode is amazing if you get into it. The online mode loading times can be annoying sometimes so the servers do need to be fixed a bit. When they do work however the game is most powerful in terms of fun.
This game is a true charm to the VITA game library, I see it for the vita in a way or wii sports for the wii. Or Kinect Adventures for kinect. The Vita has LittleBigPlanet. Thanks For reading... Happy Gaming :)
BTW PS4 FTW!
