Don't knock it until you've tried it.

Although this was released in the earlier days of video games and while it might be easy to just describe this game as a quick cash in licence to a movie, it is certainly none of the sort! It is a deep, expansive adventure filled with unique characters, dangerous enemies, and many surprises and secrets to discover. It was also one of the few games at the time to have character dialogue sequences. While it is not the novelty it used to be, games that had a story that couldn't just be told through game play was very rare at the time so this game helped break new ground for other games that wanted to tell a deeper story. Yet this game is woefully underlooked and definitely not given the credit it deserves for being an original trying to break the mold. But it definitely holds a niche in my heart and will always be remembered as one unique game in a world where originality is hard to find these days. Enough said! ;)
