Pros: Life is Strange is a great game with a coming of age story-line. As an adult I could still appreciate the profoundness of the messages and issues young adults and teens deal with in daily life. It was an excellent delivery of a story-line. You can rewind time, make different choices, and change things as you go along in the story. Graphics were excellent especially character graphics, water, and rain. This game is episodic which for the way they did it (soap opera like cliff hangers) it was admittedly exciting waiting to play the new episodes. I liked the photography it was fun.
Cons: Life is strange can be daunting in parts due to having to rewind so many times. It can sometimes get confusing. Too linear. It was all planned out which is not unreasonable considering the time thing but it was a bit over linear in some places. I would have liked to do more discovering and also be able to go places freely and not be forced to stay here, or forced to go there. A few areas the graphics were weird and don't know if it was supposed to be an artsy thing or not but I didn't like some graphics. For example the courtyard outside had very poor detail-less graphics, and also tornado does not sit still. Normally I do not like episodic games because they annoy me, but this one was good.
Overall Score: I gave Life is Strange a strong score of 9, for being different, fresh, and having an excellent story-line, solid graphics (for the most part, ) lots of cool choices and the power to rewind, which is awesome. It's worth the price.
